*We do not issue refunds for colour swatches, end of line sale items or  custom made dresses. 

 

To Return A Sample dress:

Your sample dress will need to be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please see the return instructions below

 

Please note that:

Sample Dresses - Must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. 

Custom Made Dresses  - As these are made to your specific requirements, these are not eligible for refund or exchange and are exempt from returns under the Consumer Contract Regulations.

Sale Items - Our Sale Items are end of line items and are not eligible for return or exchange. 



Refunds 

(Sample Dresses) 

Sample Dresses - Sample Dresses are for the purpose of trying on only before placing a larger order and must be returned to us within 14 days.   Please see the information below regarding return postage costs

 

Please follow the instructions below to return your item for a refund.

We are a UK based company and you will therefore be returning your order to a UK address.  Please be aware that as our items are sent out by freepost, we do not refund for return postage costs.

Please DO NOT return items to the Head Office address shown on our website, as we do not accept returns there. 

1)  Within 7 days of receipt of your sample dress, please send an  email to us at  hello@loulousbridalboutique.co.uk to let us know of your wish to return.

Please let us know if you wish to return the item for a refund or to proceed with a custom made order.

You will receive a response within 2 working days and will be emailed a Returns Slip and details of how to return your order. Our Working Days are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

2)  To be eligible for a refund, you must return the order to us within 14 days of you receiving it.  

We strongly advise you to return your order by tracked delivery (for example Royal Mail Recorded)  as we cannot be held responsible for any item that does not arrive back with us. We will not issue a refund unless the item is received back by ourselves. 

 

3) When trying on your item can we respectfully request that you do not wear perfume, make-up or fake tan that can leave a residue on the dress. Please remove all jewellery before trying on the dresses to prevent accidental snagging of the dress. 

We are unable to accept returns which have evidence of damage, odour, excessive handling or if these instructions have not been followed and the dress will be returned to you.  

Our items are quality checked before sending and so, on receipt of your item, our returns team will inspect it again. We aim to process all returns and refunds within 14 days of receipt 

 

*As our dresses are sent out free of charge, please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
