How To Order

We appreciate it isn't always easy to buy dresses online, especially when you have more than one bridesmaid to consider. However, buying online can save you a lot of money! 

Following on from popular demand, we have now changed the way we accept orders to make it easier for you to buy your perfect dresses without worrying if they are going to fit or be the right colour shade. 

We do advise that before committing to a custom made order that you order one (or more!) of our Sample Dresses first, decide if you like it or not, return it to us within 14 days of receipt and then proceed with a custom made order or receive a refund. (Please see below for full details

If you love your Sample Dress, you then continue to place a *custom made order. Our bespoke dresses are made to your specific requirements. After making a decision on style and colour you simply need to tell us the colour and measurements that you require and we will have your dress made especially for you.  (Don't worry, we will send you diagrams and full instructions on how to measure to get the perfect fit!) 

This really does save time and extra expense having dresses altered or shortened to fit and is a very popular alternative to buying standard sized dresses. Your dresses will be perfectly made just for you!

*Please be aware that custom made items are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange as they are made to your specific requirements. Please make sure you understand this before committing to a custom made order. 

Our Sample dresses are all fully refundable .

 

How Do I Order?

1. Because our Custom Made items are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are made to your specific requirements,  we strongly advise you to order a Sample Dress first to ensure that your custom made items are in the style, fit and colour that you require.  Your Sample Dress will be delivered within 7 working days of you placing an order. 

IMPORTANT - Please note that if you do not see the colour and/or size that you require, you can still order a dress a size down or a size or two up as the majority of our dresses have adjustable lace up backs which will still give you a great idea of how the dress, custom made in your size, will look.   If you do not see the colour you require, we will also send you a fabric swatch of your desired colour.  You just need to add a note in the Comments Box at checkout or you can drop us an email to hello@loulousbridalboutique.co.uk  

2. On receipt of your Sample Dress, you have up to 7 days to try it on and see if you like the design, quality and fit.  If it is not for you, please contact us and we will send you a Returns Slip so that you can return the item for a refund. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt . Once your item has been received and checked by us, we will issue a refund to you within 5 to 10 working days.  

3. If you love the dress and want to order Custom Made items, please contact us within 7 days. We will send you a Returns Slip to enable you to return the Sample Dress (if you are proceeding to a custom made order, we will even refund our standard return postage costs) and you will then use the payment you have already made, towards your Custom Made order (you will be invoiced for the remainder) . We will send you full details and diagrams of how to measure for your Custom Made dresses once you have confirmed that you wish to proceed with your order.
