Custom Made/Custom Colour Dresses

We strongly advise you to firstly order a Sample Dress and colour swatch before committing to a Custom Made order. Sample Dresses are eligible for a refund within 14 days of receipt. 

As our Custom Made dresses are made to your specific requirements, please be aware that they are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation . It is important that you understand and accept this before ordering. Placing an order for a custom made dress will confirm that you have read and understood this.

 


Our beautiful dresses are custom made to your personal requirements including measurements, length and any colour from our Colour Chart below.   

To order a custom made item please follow the instructions below:

1) When ordering, please select Custom Size and proceed to checkout. At checkout, enter the amount of dresses you wish to order. 

2) In the Comments Box at checkout, you can enter the colour that you require and any other important information such as the date of the wedding etc. 

2) Once your order has been placed, we will email you, within 24 hours,  full details of what measurements we will need and how to take the measurements, dependent on what style dress you have ordered. 

Please try and let us have the measurements within 7 days of placing your order, to prevent any delays to your order. 

If you are in any doubt about the measurements, please have an experienced dressmaker measure you as our Custom made items will be made to your requirements and so are not eligible for refund or exchange.  

 If you have problems adding a note at checkout or you forget something, or you have any queries at all, you just need to email us at hello@loulousbridalboutique.co.uk and somebody will get back to you within 48 hours (our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays)
